Thanks to our experience in electric and electronic maintenance, computer and automatism programmation, we propose for several years our knowledge into the update and restoration of powder compressing press. During these update we can renew all the electrical cabinet, change the main control panel. The first step is beneficial for two things. It permit to spend less time of maintenance for the press thanks to newer technology. It also permit to fit in with the new electrical standart. The second step concerning the change of the whole control panel by a touch sensitive PLC makes the press easier to use. The maintenance is once again simplified because only ew button are reamining. The PLC is able to communicate with a computer so you can get trace of the production. The systeme is open and entierely create by our developement team so any specific need could be implemented. We mainly work with Fette, Korsch and manesty, but we can adapt our product to many other machine.
